Today 03/03/2025 between 11.09 and 11.45, Worldline experienced some disruptions in electronic payments regarding Bancontact payments in Belgium. This means that some card holders were not able to pay electronically with Bancontact in physical stores and online shops. The incident was caused by a technical issue has already been resolved by our teams. We understand this is an inconvenience for customers and merchants alike and regret any inconvenience caused.
